On Friday, Feb. 25th, 2022, a joint online workshop was held
with Thammasat University, a traditional comprehensive university in Thailand. It is well known as a faculty of engineering with international programs where excellent students from all over the world study.
Opening Remarks & Presentations
The joint workshop started with opening remarks by Professor Kazuhiro Notomi, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, and Professor Pruettha Nanakorn, Dean of SIIT, followed by two key note lectures by Professor Thanaruk Theeramunkong at SIIT, and Professor Kosuke Takano, Department of Information Engineering at KAIT, and presentations by students about the following five research.
Cutting-edge Reserch
Student presentations introduced cutting-edge research efforts in artificial intelligence, AI, applications of AI to robotics, and art works through 3D printing. The presentations in English were also excellent, and provided a very meaningful opportunity for students to share their research with each other.
