Campus & Facilities
A Safe and Secure Campus
Our campus stands on solid ground at 63 meters above sea level, where the risk of liquefaction is very low. This means that the area is expected to experience only minimal shaking during an earthquake. In addition, 17.3% of our buildings were constructed after the Great East Japan Earthquake (2011), and 64.5% after the Great Hanshin Earthquake (1995). Even our earlier facilities are equipped with reinforced structures and safety measures. Altogether, our campus provides a strong and reliable environment, designed to keep students safe in the event of an earthquake.
