"Motor Fan Illustrated" is a monthly automobile magazine published by Sanei that illustrates vehicle technology. This time, the project was to support “golden eggs” who aim to become engineers and researches that will create the future of automobiles; and our department, the only department in Japan with the word "vehicle" in its name, was chosen.
The Only One Department in Japan
In the introduction of the entire department, "basic" and "advanced" education that combines theory and practice as well as the "research" based on industry-academia-government collaboration were introduced as the educational system of the university. It also introduced the AVEC22, 15th International Symposium on Advanced Vehicle Control, to be held in September this year.
Leading Institution in Japan for Automotive Education
Then, Yamakado and Kano Lab. at Vehicle Dynamics and Control Laboratory, Kraisorn Lab. at Electric System Laboratory, Okazaki Lab. at Motorsports Engineering Laboratory, Fujisawa and Kawaguchi Lab. at Solar Vehicle Engineering Laboratory, Wakita and Komiya Lab. at Intelligent Mobility Laboratory, and Professor Inoue, director of the Advanced Vehicle Research Institute, VRI, were each presented on one page.
In the future, the Department of Vehicle System Engineering and the Institute of Advanced Automotive Research at Kanagawa Institute of Technology will continue to conduct research and development that is useful to society as a leading institution in Japan for automotive education and research. We look forward to your continued support.
