The University's Department of Vehicle System Engineering was interviewed by "Motor Fan Illustrated"
On Dec. 15th, the Advanced Technology Research Center at the Automotive Engineering Building, Advanced Vehicle Research Institute under Vehicle System Engineering Department, received an interview from "Motor Fan Illustrated", a monthly magazine.
This is a project to support “the golden eggs” who aim at research and engineering to create the future of automobiles, and our department, the only one in Japan with "vehicle" in its name, was chosen.
The Only One "Vehicle" Department in Japan
Professor Wakita, Chair of the Department, and Professor Yamakado, Chair of the Department of Mechanical Systems major, gave a general explanation of the Department, the major, and the Advanced Vehicle Research Institute.
Then, interviews were conducted to Professor Inoue, director of the Advanced Vehicle Research Institute,VRI, Yamakado and Kano Lab. At Vehicle Dynamics and Control Laboratory, Okazaki Lab. At Motorsports Engineering Laboratory, Kraisorn Lab. At Electric System Laboratory, Fujisawa and Kawaguchi Lab. At Solar Vehicle Engineering Laboratory, and Wakita and Komiya Lab. at Intelligent Mobility Laboratory.
