Dear esteemed professors, staff, and students of Kanagawa Institute of Technology. I would like to convey my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of commemorating the remarkable 60 anniversary of KAIT. Over the years, KAIT and SIIT have undertaken numerous academic endeavors together, nurturing robust and fruitful collaborative bonds. Notably, our joining force resulted in the successful organization of the Procedures 2021 international workshop on smart informative systems in Asia on SISA2021, held in September 2021. The subsequent year, we witnessed the proud convening of the 2022 KAIT-SIIT webinar on frontier knowledge and technology in February 2022, followed by the highly successful SISA2022 in September of the same year. SIIT anticipates sending our students for internships at KAIT next year, further deepening our collaboration. My heartfelt gratitude extends to each one of you, who has wholeheartedly committed themselves to these exceptional partnership. The seamlessness with which the MoU between our institutions materializes is attributed significantly to our close cooperation. As we look ahead, I wish to explore more collaborative initiatives, encompassing faculty, staff, and student exchanges, fostering a deeper and more enriching academic relationship. In closing, I once again offer my warmest congratulations on this momentous occasion and am truly honored to be part of this celebration. Thank you very much.

親愛なる神奈川工科大学の先生方、職員の皆様、学生の皆様へ。KAITが創立60周年を迎えられたことを心よりお祝い申し上げます。長年にわたり、KAITとSIITは、確かで実りある協力関係を育み、共に数多くの学術的活動に取り組んでまいりました。特に、2021年9月に開催されたアジアにおけるスマート情報システムに関する国際ワークショップ「SISA2021」の成功は、私たちの力を合わせた結果でございます。翌2022年2月には、最先端の知識と技術に関する「KAIT-SIITウェビナー2022」が開催され、同年9月には「SISA2022」が大成功を収めました。SIITは来年、KAITでのインターンシップでご指導を受ける学生を送り出し、両校の協力関係をさらに深めていくことを切に願っております（訳注: 2024年1月～4月でのSIIT留学生の受け入れが決定しております）。この類まれなるパートナーシップにご尽力いただいた皆様お一人お一人に、心より感謝申し上げます。両校間のMoUを実質化するために、つなぎ目のない関係性を保つことが重要であり、それは私たちの親密な協力関係によってもたらされるものです。今後は、さらなる連携を発展させるとともに、互いの教員、職員、学生間の交流を含めて、より深く豊かな学術関係を育んでいくことを望んでおります。最後に、あらためましてこの記念すべき日を心からお祝い申し上げます。お祝いの場を共有させていただき大変光栄に存じます。ありがとうございました。
