Associate Prof. Hideo Ozawa received the Scientific Achievement Award

Associate Professor Ozawa, Department of Applied Bioscience, received the Scientific Achievement Award in Fisheries Science from the Japanese Society of Fisheries Science

Associate Professor Hideo Ozawa of the Department of Applied Bioscience, KAIT, received the Scientific Achievement Award in Fisheries Science from the Japanese Society of Fisheries Science, JSFS, at the FY2021 Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Fisheries Science. This award is given to researchers who have devoted themselves to the research and its future progress is highly anticipated.

Associate Professor Ozawa has been conducting "research on the structural properties of fish and shellfish muscle proteins"

Commenting on the award, Associate Professor Ozawa said, "I am honored to receive the JSFS’s Achievement Award in recognition of the research I have conducted since I was an undergraduate student. I am very grateful to Kanagawa Institute of Technology, a top-ranked engineering university, for its very good research environment. I will continue to devote myself to my research and contribute to the development of the university and the fisheries industry through my research.”
