Educational Exchange Agreement with Hiryu High School Mishima School

Signing Ceremony Held for Educational Exchange Agreement with Hiryu High School Mishima School

On October 9, 2025, a signing ceremony was held at our university to formalize an educational exchange agreement with Hiryu High School Mishima School.

During the ceremony, Mr. Masahiro Sugano, Head of Hiryu High School Mishima School, and Dr. Tetsuri Inoue, President of our university, signed the agreement and exchanged views on future collaborative initiatives.

Mr. Sugano remarked, “Our school was established as the Lifestyle and Culture Course of Hiryu High School and is now in its 27th year. We place particular emphasis on supporting students who, for various reasons, have found it difficult to adapt to traditional school environments. We strive to provide a safe and secure learning environment, and through educational activities that encourage independent thinking and action, we aim to nurture individuals who can contribute to their communities. I hope this agreement will mark the beginning of a long-lasting and fruitful relationship.”

President Inoue commented, “Our university began 62 years ago as a technical college. While we have evolved to meet the changing needs of society—establishing faculties in fields such as information science and healthcare—our founding mission of cultivating individuals who contribute to society remains unchanged. Since last year, we have reorganized into three faculties and ten departments, offering diverse learning opportunities. We look forward to working together to support students who are interested in a wide range of academic fields.”
