Associate Professor Satomi Nomura of the Department of Nutrition and Life Science will appear on NHK's “Asa Ichi” program on Aug. 6th, Tuesday.
She will appear in the “Tsui Q Raku Waza” program, with the theme “”Super Food“ EDAMAME””. It was recorded in mid-July at our university, where we experimented with reporter Jun Soejima on the difference in sugar content of edamame in different cooking methods.
